I am writing this review from Houston, USA at 11:30 AM CST i.e., 11:00 PM IST. I needed some photo editing (for an amateur photo taken by me) done immediately and I called Jack with a hope that he will help. The store is closed, however when I explained the urgency, he helped me with his kind heart. I asked many changes multiple times and he got the work done with smile and patience. I am amazed with the work done. I honestly haven't seen such a committed and helpful photographer till date. If someone gives a negative rating for Jack, then I believe the problem must be with the person and not Jack. I highly recommend Jack for any of your photo needs.
